The Snack and Chat is a holistic approach to professional development, collaboration, and community building within inclusive economic and community development.
Join us for a monthly virtual meeting where you can connect with other members of the SMC Hub, a platform for economic and community development practitioners. This is an opportunity to:

Share your experiences and challenges
Troubleshooting/technical assistance guidance on the platform
Learn about the resources and opportunities available through NIGN and the SMC Hub
Network with other practitioners and potential collaborators

New Growth Innovation Network in partnership with the International Economic Development Council, Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), HBCU COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACTION COALITION and with support from the U.S. Economic Development Administration, #EquityImpactInvestments unites Community-Based and Economic Development Organizations to advance inclusive economies.
Receive 3 months of virtual training to:
✅ Foster innovation for inclusive economic development.
✅ Boost representation of Community-Based Organizations in economic strategies.
✅ Access various funding sources through effective partnerships.
Upon completion of the virtual training, earn a certificate and get the opportunity to unlock valuable resources for your community through our 12 month, in-person partnership support program.
