M. Yasmina McCarty is the CEO and President of NGIN, leading the team to dismantle barriers to inclusive growth and ensuring that people of color, women, and overlooked geographies are part of regional economic growth and prosperity. Previously, Yasmina was the Head of Mobile for Development at the GSMA, where she led a global team leveraging technology for good. Yasmina's early work in economic development was with ACCION USA and Women's World Banking. Yasmina holds an Executive MBA Global from Columbia University and London Business School and a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University. Yasmina has been recognized as a Presidential Leadership Scholar, World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, and Echoing Green Fellow and has served as an AmeriCorps Vista.
